The company
A short catalogue, kept short on purpose.
ORBITALIX CRATE LLC is an independent computer-accessory retailer in Carriere, Mississippi. We stock twelve products, not twelve hundred.
Most accessory shops are a search index with a checkout bolted on. You get four hundred keyboards, most of them the same board with a different badge, and no way to tell which one somebody actually uses.
We went the other way. Twelve products, each chosen because it does one thing better than the alternative we could have stocked: a keyboard whose switches you can tune per key, a dock that drives two 4K displays without a fan, a charger that runs a 16-inch laptop from one port.
If we would not put it on our own desk, we do not list it. That is the whole buying policy.
How orders work
Every unit is opened, powered on and checked before it is sealed again. Orders placed before 2 pm CT leave the same working day. You get a tracking number by email, and a phone number that reaches the person who packed the box.
If something arrives wrong, we replace it or refund it. We do not ask you to deal with a manufacturer's support portal.
