What we collect, what we deliberately do not, and how to get your data removed.

What we collect

• Order details — name, delivery address, email, phone, and what you bought.
• Messages — anything you send through the contact form or by email.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept by the hosting provider for security.

We do not store card numbers. Payment is handled by the payment processor, and we only see the last four digits and the result.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site trackers on this site.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you placed an order.

Why we hold it

Order data is kept to fulfil the order, handle returns and warranty claims, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Messages are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up an earlier conversation.

Your rights

Email us and you can request a copy of what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion where we are not required to keep it for tax purposes. We respond within 30 days and do not charge for reasonable requests.

If you are in California, you have the right to know what categories we collect, to request deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

This site uses one storage entry in your browser to remember what is in your crate. It is not a tracking cookie and it is not shared with anyone. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to order data is limited to the person running the business. If a breach affects your data we will contact you directly rather than publishing a generic notice.
