Shipping & delivery

Free standard shipping in the continental US, dispatched the same working day when ordered before 2 pm CT.

Where we ship

We ship to every US state, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally yet.

Cost and speed

• Standard shipping — free on every order in the continental US. 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited shipping — priced at checkout, 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• Alaska and Hawaii — flat $14 standard, 3–7 business days.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 pm Central on a working day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders after that go out the next working day. You receive a tracking number by email when the label is printed, not when the parcel is collected.

Tracking

Tracking updates can lag by up to 24 hours, especially on the first scan. If tracking has not moved for three business days, email us and we will open a trace with the carrier the same day.

Missing or damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening further and email us within 48 hours. We ship a replacement immediately and handle the carrier claim ourselves. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, tell us within seven days and we will start a trace and, if it is not found within five business days, replace the order.

Address changes

We can change an address before the label is printed. Once a parcel is in the carrier's network, the address can only be changed through the carrier.
