Returns & refunds

30 days, original packaging, refund to the original payment method within five business days.

The 30-day window

You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. It must be in the original packaging with everything that came in the box.

How to start a return

1. Email ceo@orbitalixcrate.store with your order number and what you want to return.
2. We reply within one business day with a return label.
3. Pack the item, attach the label, and hand it to the carrier within 14 days.

Refunds

We refund to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel arriving back. Shipping paid at checkout is refunded when the return is due to a fault on our side, and not otherwise.

Faulty items

If something arrives faulty or fails in use, you do not need the original packaging and we do not wait for the return before shipping a replacement. Send a photo or a short video and we will dispatch the same day.

What we cannot accept

• Items returned after 30 days without prior agreement.
• Items with physical damage caused after delivery.
• Products missing accessories that were in the box.
• Custom or special-order items, unless faulty.

Wrong item delivered

Tell us within seven days. We ship the correct item immediately at our cost and arrange collection of the wrong one.
