Who we are

ORBITALIX CRATE LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, trading as Orbitalix Crate. These terms apply to every order placed through this website.

Orders and acceptance

Adding an item to your crate is not a contract. An order becomes binding when we confirm dispatch by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we cancel that line and refund it in full.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars and include free standard shipping in the continental US. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. We may change prices at any time, but not after an order is confirmed.

Payment

Payment is taken by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our payment processor at the point of order. We never see or store full card details.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the carrier records delivery. See the shipping policy for details.

Returns and warranty

Covered by the returns policy and the warranty policy, which form part of these terms.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs on this site are illustrations of the product family, not photographs of the individual unit you will receive — colour and finish can vary slightly between batches. Specifications are those published by the manufacturer and can change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Mississippi law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost work time or lost data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Disputes go to the state or federal courts serving Pearl River County, Mississippi.
