Questions people ask
Is the Pulse Buds actually in stock?
Yes. Stock counts update when units are packed, not when a supplier promises one. If the page says in stock, the unit is on the shelf in Carriere, Mississippi.
How fast does the Pulse Buds ship?
Orders placed before 2 pm CT on a working day are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery is 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, with a tracking number by email.
What is the return window on the Pulse Buds?
30 days from delivery, unused and in the original packaging, with a full refund of the item price. Faulty units are replaced without waiting for the return.
Does the Pulse Buds carry a warranty?
Two years against manufacturing defects, handled directly by Orbitalix Crate rather than a third-party service depot.
